By accessing or using EstateClear (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
EstateClear provides a web-based platform for probate attorneys to manage estate communications with family members. The Service includes estate dashboards, document sharing, milestone tracking, and messaging features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload malicious content or code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (d) share confidential estate information outside the platform without proper authorization; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your data to third parties. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable attorney-client privilege and data protection regulations.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
EstateClear is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
