We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) send notifications and updates related to estate activity; (c) process payments; (d) improve the Service; (e) respond to support requests; (f) comply with legal obligations.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase/AWS). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and implement industry-standard security measures. Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access controls.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or estate information to third parties. We may share data with: (a) service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email, payment processing); (b) law enforcement when required by law; (c) other parties with your explicit consent.

5. Attorney-Client Privilege

EstateClear is designed to facilitate attorney-client communications. We do not access, review, or analyze the content of estate communications, documents, or Q&A exchanges except as needed to provide technical support at your request.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for 30 days to allow for recovery, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request data export or deletion at any time.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are used only to improve the Service.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data in a portable format; (e) withdraw consent for optional data processing.
