Good news — we received the Letters Testamentary from the court today. This officially appoints Robert as the executor, giving him the legal authority to manage the estate. We can now open the estate bank account and begin contacting financial institutions. The next steps are: 1. Inventory and appraise all assets (we'll schedule the real property appraisal this week) 2. Notify banks, brokerages, and insurance companies 3. Continue monitoring the creditor notice period Please don't hesitate to use the Questions tab if you have any questions.
